HAFNIUM UPDATE

On Tuesday 3/2 Microsoft announced it had detected vulnerabilities in Exchange Server which could allow an attacker to compromise on-premise Exchange Servers and gain access to emails, networks, and install software on servers for further exploitation.

This attack is very sophisticated, appears to be state-sponsored, and has already affected at least 30,000 companies.   It is an unusual announcement as well, given there are 4 known attack vectors which have been identified. Vytekk’s clients have all been patched, scanned, and audited and none have been found to have been breached by any of the known attack vectors.
